IT'S TIME TO TAKE ACTION!

There are a lot of previous & current residents that have had nothing but problems for years regarding lack of proper apartment maintenance and lack of cooperation of management at Quail Oaks. This has caused residents to be forced to live in substandard housing, unhealthy and unsafe conditions that the property owners & management themselves wouldn't personally live in.

Many have been forced to terminate their leases early in order to escape these living conditions and Quail Oaks has penalized them with early termination fees & expenses and has both sued and turned them in to the credit reporting agencies ruining their credit. Then when you try to rent elsewhere you are denied based on Quail Oaks rental history which is slanted and biased against you by not telling the truth on why you broke your lease agreement in the first place.

There is only one way to halt this type of discrimination and that is to gather together and bring a Class Action lawsuit against Quail Oaks for these damages.

Hillsborough County Code Enforcement has assessed code violations for various things against Quail Oaks and this is of public record. Code enforcement only investigates these violations when the Tenants call and report them so you are urged to call and report issues at once. Call 813-274-6600 and ask for Housing and Community Code Enforcement to register your complaints. those of you who read this posting and want to become a part of group legal action against Quail Oaks to collect for damages, for discrimination or for any other type of damages you have suffered at the hands of Qual Oaks, please forward your information via the email provided.

It is way past time for Quail Oaks to be held accountable. Investigate your options through joining this worthy cause.
