I have had my car broken into agian for the 2nd time.The police officer told me I Should try and break my lease and move from Quail oaks as to protect my 4 yr old son.The officer told me he has worked the area of hillsborough ave for almost 15 yrs.He told me that he has been to Quail Oaks over 100 times .The complex has had a large amount of crime. Everything you can imagine he went on to tell me about shootings , home invasions , armed robbery, cars being stolen,alot of assult and battery cases, once he told me a teenager was ran over and gunned down in the parking lot. What scared me the most was he also told me that a man a few years ago cut his girlfriend into pieces with a giant knife. To top it all off he said he was in charge of a investagation that busted a huge amount of cocaine that was being sold from one of the apartments.
I know its slander to say bad things about some one or a bussiness that is untrue to hurt them. This is all true right from the mouth of a man of the law.I did GOOGLE SEARCH FOR "QUAIL OAKS 4747 WATERS CRIME" alot of tampa new paper clippings showed up about the crimes goto tbo.com that searches tampa tribune news papers and see for your self.Man I want to leave this place so bad I have a few months left I'm just gonna move and pay rent at two places untill the lease is up .

You are full of it. I googled "QUAIL OAKS 4747 WATERS CRIME" and it replied with 37 links NONE of which related to Quail Oaks Apartments in Tampa. You shouldn't believe everything you hear, even if it's from a police officer. ps. Please read a book on grammar and use spell check before post another message.
