A little over a week after I moved into my apartment the dryer, sink and dishwasher stopped working. I have asked maintence a handful of times to please come and fix the problems but, a month later, we have yet to have anything fixed. I also noticed that my name and phone number is not on the call box outside. So if anyone comes to visit me they cannot get in because the gates are closed. I have asked numerous times for them to put my name and number up and all I ever get is "We'll get on it right away!"

Same problem here with the gate. And maintenance is horrible. I think since there are so many of us with these same problems we need to take a stand together

Haha, yea a stand.. we should stand in front of the office with signs warning prospective lease signers.
