This place was awful!! So loud, neighbors and the airport noise, carpets were filthy with lice & ticks and office refused to replace them, tons of teenage kids whos parents dont care about their whereabouts, lots of LOUD car stereos all night and car alarms, pool is dirty, office doesnt care about your complaints and is rude and laughs at residents when they lesave office, as I witnessed them do to another resident. This place is ghetto and run down, you can pay money to re-landscape it, but it will still be the same place. Also they claim they do not allow convicted felons, but in fact there are many that are on the leases.

After 5 inches of water they refused to replace my carpets. Good luck.
