The model is so pretty and clean and decorated so nice but you dont get to see your apartment until after you are stuck with a signed lease, move in and it's a dive. I asked to see my apartemnt before I signed and she kept telling me it was not possible and not ready and I could see it the day I moved it. She assured me it was going ot be in top condition and "Why dont we go ahead and sign the lease and get it out of the way!" It was awful, not anything near like the model condition looked.
From what several neighbors have told me, my dive was pretty nice compared to theirs and was shocked to see how bad one of my other neighbors carpet conditions was considering they has moved in 2 months prior. Appliances from the 80's and cabinets are old wood and rotting.
The office staff is rude, unprofessional and full of ----!! Sorry, ladies, and now gentlemen, but you slack on your job and treat tenants once they have signed a lease like dirt. They lie about how maintenance issues will be handled, most are never handled nor are 24 hour emergency calls returned and mislead you about how the community really is and cover up alot of issues neighbors need to know including how one of the office ladies boyfriend has issues that would even prevent him from living there according to the properties guidelines. Unclean,loud from neighbor kids all hours of the night and car alarms & stereos, unsafe and very misleading/deceiving office staff, very all over poor community. If they lower their prices by 1/3 and then maybe it's priced to fit this property.
