This complex sucks in every way...Start with the freight train next door that comes through at all hours of the day and night, sometimes 4 or 5 times an hour...Tampa Int'l is right up the street and low flying planes come through all the time..The staff is always rude, even when you hand them a check for rent...Maintenance likes to simply walk into your house whenever they feel like it with no notice...Neighbors are unfriendly...Decent amount of criminal activity (Check with the Sheriffs office)...Apartments desperately need renovation...Iron clad leases...There is just nothing good to say about this place...Trust me DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!

The train comes through 4 or 5 times an hour, huh? C'mon now, you know that's just not true.

I agree. Not true, but it's loud when it does come through. He was right about everything else though.
