At first this place seemed to be really nice. But after 2 months I realized that I was mislead. When I moved in my place was pretty decent however, they did a horrible paint job around the outdated cabinets. I stay on the first floor and I can hear my upstairs neighbors walk and it sounds like elephants. It takes for ever for maintenance to fix anything. I feel very unsafe to walk to my apartment because lighting is very poor and the bushes are getting pretty tall. Why do we have a gate at the entrance and half the time it doesn't work. There was a resident that was held up at gun point in the community and I get and attitide when I ask for the building light bulb to be replaced. I swear they are going have me sue them if anything happens to me. The office staff are horrible at customer service and need to get an attitude adjustment. When you call for a work order request they say 'we'll get someone on it' and 1 week later when you call again there is no record of you even calling- the system was down. I also noticed how they have been watering some grass outside the front of my entrance and there is a hose connected to where my washer and dryer is located. When I ask them if they are using my water in which I am paying for they said 'no, it is the building's water. WHATEVER!! When my water bill comes they are going to make adjustments. One of my neighbors said it happened to her so I am waiting to take my ass into the office and raise hell. I have been here for 6 months and I am sooo ready to leave. Whoever said they wanted to boycott I am down.
