I have been living here Since Aug 2005 and renewed my lease because every thing was going well.Right after I renewed my lease Aug 2006 the attitudes from the office staff changed and whenever I had a problem it would be put off.I've had multiple problems since I renewed Water heater busted,Toilet overflows constantly for no apparent reason.Then my closet shelves fell down and they don't consider it an emergency so I have to wait until its convient for them to come out...The Maintenace staff is horrible all they do is ride around on those stupid golf carts and put your work orders to the side b/c there to busy smoking and picking up trash in the parking lot. Every month when you go in the office to pay rent there is always someone new..WONDER WHY''' Because they don't want to be involved in a lawsuit when it takes place.Because this place is old and runned down. The outside looks beautiful but the inside is horrible.My best advice to you is to keep looking because I know I will be next year.
