After paying a $650 non-refundable deposit for 2 cats (!), I was upset. But, okay, maybe some cats are that messy. I've been counting the days until I move since last summer when someone jumped onto my second floor balcony in the middle of the night. The office refused to do anything (like perhaps getting a security officer). The staff told me that they already had the gates up front, there was nothing else to do (did it not occur to them that it was someone who lived there'). About a month later, there was someone that got onto my second floor balcony and stole my bike, at 6 in the evening! Again, the office staff told me it was my fault (like I need to chain my bike on the second floor). This place is not safe, nor is it "where comfort and convenience meld perfectly", or any other crap they claim in their property description. Seriously, I could go on but it's not worth any more time.
