This is not the most grandest of apartments, but it was w/in our budget and served our needs. We have the 2b/2b W/loft, it's 1300 sqf and that is a big plus! We have needed some repairs, but they have been very prompt and have done so w/out complaint. It's true about the planes and trains, but I am getting used to that and for the most part the middle of the night is quiet. We have had no problems here and I love that my commute to work is now only 4 miles, in the past it was 60 miles. We love the location, it's close to everything! The inside shows wear and tear, I wish the cupboards where new and the carpet more plush, but the rent for apts w/ the size and newness where 2 to 3 hundred more a month. If things change, IE things go to heck in a handbasket, I'll update.

I will say the complex is pretty. I lived there for a year, and needless to say I did not renew my lease for several reasons. Next door at the Waterford complex, their trouble seemed to spill over into our community. There were hoodlums jumping the fence that separate the properties and coming into ours always causing problems. That place was horrible, instead of fence, they should have put up a 20 ft brick wall.
The planes and trains will drive you nuts. Especially at 3am when a jet it flying overhead and the windows in your apt are shaking and jars you out of sleep. The neighbors there were pretty good people and the office staff was okay. The management, however, she is a recluse and doesnt give anyone the time of day. I thought she didnt exist until one day someone pointed her out to me. how funny.
not too bad of a place, there are worse out there. Just look over to the next property at waterford. Remember 20ft brick wall.

LOL, I actually did come from Watermans Crossing before I moved to Inwood Park and your right... It was like goin from one extreme to the next.
Inwood Park is pretty quiet most times, except for the trains and the kids who can be a little rowdy.
Not to mention when the train is going across Waters, traffic gets backed up at the tracks and you cant turn into the complex. Overall, I would say Inwood Park is worth all the hassle. Nice flooring plan, pretty good maintenance and peace of mind.
