Management is rude
Planes fly 1000 feet over all day and night
Trains drive by(within 25 feet of the apartments)Several times a day
Next door to two low income apartment complexes
Can not turn left out of the complex
Waters is always backed up
The gate is usually broken
Lots of little hoodlums running around
Apartments haven't been remodeled in nearly 25 years
No parking available near your apartment

This is all true. Do NOT rent here. And the management is not just rude, but the property manager is a crazy b****. Seriously.

Absolutely true on everything! Management is extremely rude, good luck trying to get someone to respond to a maintenance emergency! People that don't even live at this complex are using the pools and other amenities! Worst part is how old the buildings are and nothing has been maintained properly. The apartments are falling apart! DO NOT RENT HERE...If you do, you're just throwing your money away and putting yourself in a very stressful environment.
