Want to get back at someone you hate'
Recommend Island walk to them.
The major benifits for you include a near half mile walk from the car to the apartment at night.
Seclusion from friends and family (unless they walk there as well); and A BONUS...no fire rescue available at night since they can't get through the JAM PACKED cars parked all over the fire lanes.
If they want to park anywhere near the apt. it's gonna cost an additional 35. mo. fee and even then someone else will prob. park in the 35. mo. spot since it's not enforced anyway.
They WILL end up at least TRYING the 35.mo spot because they will need the car to take out the TRASH!!! Yes, the trash compactor is in DRIVING DISTANCE from the apartment. They will need to DRIVE the trash to the compactor and smell up thier car.
If your really lucky, they end up in walking distance of the compactor.
No one seems to know how to use this compactor, so the trash is simply piled up all around it and they'll end up in a nice smelly apt. instead :-)
Noise is mainly from animals since there are no visitors.
Repairs are a joke.
The maintenance dept apparently never graduated high school. If they manage to get something fixed they're lucky. That includes the walkway lighting so there are several perfect spots for muggers.
Construction is poor.
Appliances are nice in the remodeled and horrid in the older apts.
I will highly recommend island walk to those I hate.
For people who are decent and want a nice place to live, I recommend looking elsewhere.
