Run Away as Fast as You Can!

I usually don't take the time to fill one of these out, but I feel I would do others an injustice if I didn't warn them. First this place is a breeding ground for mold. If you value your health, you will heed my words. The parking is ridiculous! When you come home at the end of your day, god forbid if you need to go back out. If you do, you better wear a comfortable pair of cross trainers, and bring a compass with you cause you are going to have quite a hike after having to park at least a quarter mile away. Yes you can reserve a spot, but that is going to cost you extra per month for something that should automatically come with your unit. The lighting is very poor at night. So much so that I get nervous walking to my car to go to work in the early mornings, and I am a 215lb. guy! The area is beautiful, but that is only overshadowed by all the dog poo that people constantly leave on the grass. You are constantly dodging dog mines while taking a casual stroll, even though management claims they follow up on complaints of this sort. On two separate occassions, the office lost my rent check. I came home on to find an eviction notice on my door both times. I quickly straightened out their mistake, but did not like having my neighbors walk by my house and see that type of paperwork on my door regardless if it was a mistake or not. I won't even get into the trash issue. Plain and simple, it STINKS! Bottom line, there are a lot better places to live. Initially you may think it is nice, but as time wears on, you begin to see lots of flaws....but hey, a lease doesn't last forever!
