Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
The units are fair but their business practices are criminal! Total incompetence in their office staff caused me to be taken to collections and damaged my credit. When I was able to provide proof of their error and show that they owed ME money they stopped responding and still moved forward by sending me to their collections agency.

If you value your financial health, you will stay away.
