How detestable they are! Island Walks' (formerly Parker's Landing) ways of operating business is very egotistic and "screw you" type of a message.
You had a signed lease; how could they just break it like that' I bet if it would have been the tenant in need to break the lease, the leasing office will be the utmost unforgivable, and they would hit the tenant with penalty fees.
Can't you law sue them on the grounds that you have a lease agreement'! Or does your lease specify clearly that the leasing office reserve the rights to rescind any agreement as they like''
