I had the opportunity to be taken for a ride by Island Walk, formerly parkers landing. This place is the worst place I have ever lived in. I have been here with my family for almost two years and it just keep getting worse. They make promises they can't deliver. They are LIERS and that dosen't seem to bother them. I moved out into one of their "renovated apt" and its worst than the first. Air Conditoning whats that. Mold in the master bedroom. Bugs and snakes. I pay for a parking spot for $35 a month, and recently have encounted someone in my spot. Usually after 9 PM and the Management office told me there is nothing they can do about it. So why am I paying them''''' I recommended two close friends to live here and there expierence makes mine see like nothing. One of my friends have been here for less than a month and she has a leak in her dining room ceiling and no one has come to see it (2 weeks since she reported it). There is no lighting around her building.. and when it rains, her apartment is flooding by all the water coming in thru her patio on the first floor. To all future residents...Think twice and to those are her stuck here for a moment like me...they are going condo on the entire Baywater side, get out now!!!!

Hire a lawyer! If enough of the residents fight back, they will have no choice to abide by the law!

yes...she is a 'sweety' isnt she? sure would be great if they could create a web site to Rate Residents!

I like that idea groovy... yet again, we agree on something else... notice how we are on several of the same community websites?
