Its great to see others that have good things to say...as I read through the reviews here and at so many other communities, it is obvious 99% are disgruntled residents who, by statistics, typically represent less than 10% of the total and by statistics, have little if any FACTS in their responses...personally and professionally, I wouldnt give these folks the attention they seek...Poor people, gotta feel sorry for folks that are such miserable people they have to attack others...I hope you guys seek professional help for your anger issues soon...I hate to see what happens to that poor 10 year old that runs in front of your car on purpose....after all...It would certainly be HIS fault..not yours. Take responsibility people....Life is too short to waste your time being MISERABLE! and well, frankly, the rest of us dont want to hear all your miseries...WE ARE HAPPY! so go kick your dog, but leave the rest of us alone.

I work for an apartment community, and know people who work at this community. I agree with the original author. People only go to our websites to complain, and it's always the worst residents who are upset because we charged them a late fee cause they were three days late. People like GuessWhoThisIs most likely is one of those people... You can never put too much into these ratings....

To stacy1111, now you tell me why residents at parkers landing are upset? Could it be that the place just sucks??? I have lived in many apartment complexes (I have to move alot do to work) and parkers landing has got to be the worst place I have ever lived!!!! Maybe if they would not spend years remolding and disturbing the guests maybe more people would not be so mad!!!

Stacy... as a disgruntled resident WHO ALWAYS PAID RENT ON TIME, I'm very offended at your response. Just maybe its possible the complex SUCKS, is way OVERPRICED and is making superficial improvements to cover up everything else that sucks about it. And why is it so horrible that a paying rentor would require the complex to hold up their end of the bargain? Is it so much to ask that the units be kept up to code, the residents be treated courteously and that services you pay for are honored (paid parking?!?!) I guess it must be. I'd rather go to another place, get awesome square footage for much less than what you pay at this craphole. And yes I write good reviews too when the complex deserves it.
