MOLD poor Parking and 20% rent increase

Parking is a nightmare and the recent repaving and restriping they took out spaces. everything is being "remodeled" meaning for months the pool is out, the hotub is out, the trash is out, the tennis courts are out. Nothing is done when they say. "water off tomorrow" yeah right another note for the next day, same story on the paving "paving tomorrow move your car or towed" then get home so sorry but paving tomorrow move your car or it will be towed for weeks the same excuses.
The reason for "remodeled" new carpet ectevery apartment Is yup Mold lots and lots of mold. So ever year when they push you out the have to redo carpets ect for all the MOLD. Fewer parking places and they now want 20% more for a moldy apartment with NO pool and No hottub and NO exercise room that they say are being remodeled.
