Not perfect, but very nice

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
We've been here for more than 6 months now and have been very happy. Parking is a bit tight, but our apartment is lovely. There have been a few maintenance issues but they have been handled very quickly. Kasey in the front office is very nice to deal with.

It was a bit rough during remodeling, but the results are very nice. My only complaint at this point is the trash situation - residents tend to pile trash up at the front and create a smelly mess. It would be wonderful if they would hire a trash service to do pickup instead.
