We moved in July 06 and we are very happy with our apartment. Going on what others have written I would have to disagree with most of it. I have never worried about my safety or my properties safety at any given time. We have no problems finding a parking space, even late at night when we come home. We even had a package deliver to the house and our neighbor was nice enough to hold onto it for us until we got home.

I will agree however that maintenance leaves something to be desired. The day we moved in the cleaning company never showed up so we basically got a rushed job by the apartment staff but it didn't look that horrible. There was one maintenance gentleman that came in to fix the leaking shower we had in the master bath and he told us it was his last day. Well he said he needed to go pick something up and he would be right back, he not only didn't come back, he left an entire gun of cauking (spelling') on the floor in our bathroom. He also decided to use our towels to wipe up the floors.

About two days into living there the washer wasn't hooked up properly and our living room flooded. They did however come out within 5 minutes and get it fixed. (Who ever installed it didn't hook up the drain hose)

The apartment is beautiful, the neighborhood is good and it's convenient to just about everything. While maintenance isn't that great, I would recommend these apartments to others, as long as they don't mind fixing things themselves. LOL
