My family and I just recently moved out. Thankfully! It was the worst place I have every lived. I know apartment living is not great, but for the amount of money you pay for this place is highway robbery.

Parking was always a nightmare, lights on the outside out for months at a time. Walk in between the buildings to get to your own place. In the dark. (evidently they don't care until something horrible happens on property about safety) You can hear the neighbors below you. We were told our place had never been lived in (since the renevation). found out that was lie the people before us were evicted. They put up a fence around part of the property. Blocked off the access to the dog park. ONly to take the fence down after a two months. What a waste of money. The office staff is rude and only concern is the bottom line of their rental numbers and the company. For those of you who do live there on the east side of Longboat. Look at the name of the rental office now''' Bayport Gallery. Which means when they can they will be over to your side to redo and then convert to condo;s and kick you out.
Those buildings are sick buildings also. I read about a person that lived there that said she was sick all the time. My family as well. Allergies, asthma, colds, you name it we had it. The places look nice from the outside and the inside. But don't do it.

I read your review and I'm sorry you have been so ill...But, if I can be of assistance let me know, because we were going into a apartment that was loaded down with MOLD! We went to the office to complain and they sent the supervisor down and his 1st remarks were ...Darn they forgot to paint over the mold...IN THE PANTRY!!!!. I should have called the Health Dept. immediately. I would be willing to bet that every apartment has MOLD hidden somewhere. MOVE OUT QUICKLY!
