I've been living at Island Walk for about a month now. I absolutely love it! The floor plan is great, the grounds are great, the office staff is friendly...what else could I want' I have had no problems with bugs or rodents that previous reviewers mentioned. When I moved in the faucet in the bathroom wasn't working properly, they came out and fixed it promptly. We love the gym, and even though it's too cold for the pool, they maintain it well. I sometimes am not able to get a parking spot directly in front of my apartment, but there's more then enough parking at the next building over, so it's not a problem. My kids love the tennis courts, and since I'm directly across from them I can keep an eye on the kids from my apartment while they're playing. The kids also love the free popcorn and the big-screen tv in the office, where they hand out when I'm at the gym on the weekends. I'm in an upstairs apartment, and I use the "bonus room" as an office (I work from home). It was important for me to find a place that would be safe, and I definitely feel safe here. The only drawback I've found is the lack of overhead lights in the bedrooms, but that's not a problem in the main room. In short, I think I found a really great place to live.
