We have had nothing but problems. The so called gated community is a joke. A drunk 14 year old girl, that does not live here. Stole her mothers car and sailed through the security and hit my nieghbors car and drug into mine. The parking situation is a mess. The staff lies to your face. The only thing management is concerned about is keeping the units rented at any cost. In this terrible economy most complexes have lowered their rent not here.The management offers incentives to new tenants but nothing to the tenants living here. I have waited more than three months for repairs to be completed in my apartment. We have a black substance on our living room ceiling, that no matter how much we clean it returns, The county is presently invovled. I personally know of two documented cases of black mold. The walls have no insulation so its cold in the winter and hot in the summer. The pool has no security at all. The locals that live outside the complex call it the nieghborhood pool. The gym is in general dissrepair and the machines are not maintained. STAY AWAY DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PLASMA SCREENS AT THE POOL, AND THE LANDSCAPING. WE ARE BUYING A HOUSE AND WE WILL BE OUT OF HERE, I CANT WAIT.

Central FL is humid and I have heard of a few neighbors complain about the mold. If you keep your AC running and fans on it shouldn't be an issue. The electric bill might go up a bit but it's part of the price of living in central FL...on an island...near the bay. Hehe, "don't be fooled by the plasma screens at the pool, and the landscaping" there's a lot more perks than that even, gas grills, washer/dryer included, new appliances. You get what you pay for and I've looked at all the cheaper apartments in this area. They suck.
