I am out working 7-14 days and then home for 7-14 days. Arriving back 4 days from the end of my lease to clean my apartment after moving out I fond.
All my cleaning supplies stolen. Broom,mop,mop bucket,carpet cleaner, soap ect ect and my microwave and stove vent hood removed. Obvious my vacant apartment was cleaned out by the staff no forced entry and all doors and windows were secured.

My neighbors said they did see the staff entering my apartment while I was away.

The leasing office new nothing about it and was going to do nothing about it. So if you want your stuff rifled thru by staff when ever they want to borrow your microwave or stove the last few days of your lease and get zero responce from the leasing office or the 1 800 emergency Maintiece number then this is the place to be.

Of course I can not hear for the guy doing his car wash detail business out my bedroom window which leasing does noting about either and I have to park a block away from my door

I just don't think they care about the renters. They are only renting the place because nobody is buying the condos. I don't blame them though, they are in a terrible part of Tampa.

Yeah, it's so terrible. (sarcasm) Sitting just below Westchase, one of the premier neighborhoods in the bay area. Direct access to the bay, surrounded by million dollar homes within the Villages of Bayport and within walking distance to more shopping than you could ask for. Wow, if this is terrible, then I can't even describe what living in "Suitcase City" in North Tampa was like which I have also experienced. This is heaven by comparison.
