I've been living here for about 7 years now and I have to say this complex is great when it comes to...well everything. They have a nice staff that are willing to help you and the maintenance would come and help as well, should you have a problem with your apartment. The neighbors are very friendly and they rarely make noise. Pretty much, this is a wonderful place to live, however, the price is not so great. I understand the economy is down and everything is going up but when I first moved here in 2002, my parents and I payed around $750 for a 2/2. Now we pay roughly $1000 BEFORE utilities. Parking is also an issue, especially if you live at the far dead end of the complex. A lot of people just don't understand the concept of empty PARKING SPACES by the mailboxes. Park there, not in front of parked cars! I mean, if you park there, you are basically asking if you want your car to get hit! However, despite the downfalls, this is a great place to live. Too bad our lease expires in 2 months though.
