I still love my apartment. I love the community, the neighbors are nice, and the scenery, since I live by the canal, is beautiful. It's quiet, peaceful, and a great community. It's close to where I need to go, and I would recommend it to anyone. I am from North Florida, and this is luxury living for me. Yes, the parking and being able to hear your neighbors through the walls are the cons, but again, this is an apartment community - which is to be expected. The staff is so helpful and friendly, maintenance is timely and friendly as well. I do wish water and trash was included, but it's not. I haven't had any security concerns, which is very important to me, because I am single. Some people are never satisfied, no matter what the situation is, so visit the community for yourself and ask the people walking around, that's your best test.
