I have lived here almost 1 yr and I LOVE IT! I live in a 1 bd apt with the MOST GEORGEOUS kitchen i've seen anywhere in this area, at this price. It's huge, has lots of counter tops, self clean oven, micro, dishwasher, W/D INCLUDED, tile or wood floors (except bedrooms), which are the best, since they don't wear out and always look clean, there's even an xtra storage area closet, screened porch. The wildlife, security, office staff, maintenance (they have the work done the next day!)grounds, trees....., i find my electric bills are very low since the apt seems to retain the temp during the day, winter or summer, (I turn off my heat/A/C during the day, & come home to find it extremely comfortable inside, much better than outside whether it's hot or cold) - apts are on an island in a VERY hi class neiborhood (there are mansions in the area)walkways everywhere to run/walk, whatever. This is by far the only place i've seen (and i've looked!) that is QUALITY. BEAUTIFUL, TRANQUIL, SAFE,what more can i say. I love it (oh, it's by far less expensive than others too). I plan to live here a very long time.
