This is place is honestly the best place I have lived in. As a female, I'm super picky about complexes and location. The complex is always clean. They have so many maintenance people working here it would be hard not be. Also, all my service requests (just for simple things like light bulbs and fan cleaning) have been literally done within 24 hrs. The location is awesome. It has multiple shopping plazas within a mile. You have your choice of malls in all directions just miles away.
The staff has always been helpful. I had one complaint about the service staff coming in before 8am on a day I wasn't aware because the office mixed up dates, I called the manager and she was extremely apologetic and said she would send multiple emails or letters to make me aware of any services being done. She has followed through. My neighbors are all very calm, quiet people. There are no crazy party nights.
I can't believe people would write bad reviews about this. I'm thinking people are just taking one bad thing and closing their mind about it. Honestly, I've lived near USF and that was the worst experience ever. I'm already to renew my lease. LOVE IT. The prices at times can get a little high, but I know people who live here as well as myself who got good deals. You just need to work with them and also realize that this place was just completely remodeled.
