If you need a large apartment for reasonable money, this is your place to be.

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2002
 
The apartment does not offer much for children and families to do. The park is small and not maintained, the pool is small and visitors from the neighborhood crowd it. Parking is poor even though they have parking decals, they do not enforce the rules. After you have live in the community for some time and need repairs, your request go unanswered.
