Carrington Park, disgrace of Tampa Palms

Don't let the fact that this complex is located in Tampa Palms fool you, this place is a complete nightmare. It truly is the most unappealing place in Tampa Palms.
The first major problem is parking. If you move in with the hopes of parking in front of your building, think again! You'll be lucky if you can even park 4 buildings over. There's obviously an enormous parking shortage, and I could never imagine why. Im sure it's because they're pointless garages take up so much room and no one in their right mind parks in them because it's the biggest waste of $85 dollars each month.
Another problem is the so called maintenance staff. These guys would rather drive their kids around in the golf carts than actually do real work. And the odd thing is that if we actually need them to fix something like the AC or a toilet it could take up to a week, but if we dont need them to fix anything, they'll show up and "re-caulk" the toilet even though we never asked them to and leave a jolly note telling us they received our voice mail.(Who actually needs a toiled re-caulked anyway') They're system in Carrington Park is majorly screwed up.
Carrington Park leaves a lot to be desired. The gates are always broken and even if they're working someone runs them down because it's just cheap wood. The landscaping is just ugly and the pool and jacuzzi are just scummy. The mailboxes are also infested with roaches, isn't that grand' I always enjoyed sticking my hand in their and pulling out a roach with my mail. Basically ever aspect of a nice apartment complex is non-existent when it comes to Carrington Park.
