This is my first apartment since moving to Tampa, but I have to hope that they are not all as bad as Carrington Park. The staff is very nice, but I was lied to when I 1st looked at the apartment. I was assured that that walls were thick. Huge Lie! I can here my neighbors talking next door and almost everything the neighbor upstairs does. Parking is another huge problem. You are lucky if you can park your car within 50 to 75 yards from your building at night. The cheap gates are really annoying as well. They never close the gates because if they do, cars just run them over and break them because they are made of cheap wood. If you are smart, you will run, not walk from Carrington Park.
