Whatever you do , don't move into the apartments on the Bruce B. Downs side, you can hear the traffic through the closed lanai door and are lucky if you can hear your T.V. over the noise. It wakes you up every morning and if your real lucky, you get to hear a few car wrecks every evening also. There is no point of going out to sit on your patio unless it is in the dead of night. The rest of the conditions were fine, just a word of advice to choose the apartments away from the main road. Oh and the parking sucks really badly also!
