This is the third apartment complex that I have lived in, in Tampa and this has been the best of the three. Don't get me wrong...there are some complaints such as high AC, a gate that is always broken, and tampa palms traffic but, there are also a lot of positive aspects such as the clubhouse with indoor racquetball, a nice gym, and an business center. I also like the lay out of the apartment and it location conviently across from Maggie Moo's and Olive Garden :)!
