First, the parking here is horrible. If you find a place to park within 150 yards of your building you're lucky. Wherever you do park, you have six inches on either side of your car because of tiny spaces. I've had numerous dings on my car from other peoples doors.

Second, the place is slowly falling apart. Which would be fine if the property manager would actually tell the maintenance staff what repairs are needed. Sadly, reporting a problem does NOT mean it will be fixed.

Third, thanks to the wonderful 1 by 4 piece of pine "guarding" the complex, anybody can walk in the place and take whatever they want. Crime is a problem here.

Fourth, don't expect to raise kids here... The parking lot is a mini racetrack. No speedbumps means an accident is waiting to happen. Maybe people wouldn't drive so fast if they didn't have to race to get a parking lot near their building. :P
