Not bad, but...

First, the biggest problem I have living at Carrington Park is that the gates are ALWAYS broken, at least they have been for the last five months. The staff and/or management company has refused to fix them or replace them. They have a lot of nerve continuing to advertise the place as a restricted access community.
Second, like so many have written here, the parking situation is ridiculous. Coming home late night you are definitely going to hoof it to your apartment because you will have to find any spot open which will take a while. I have had to park three buildings over on more than one occasion.
Third, the maintenance here is hit and miss. Sometimes they are right on top of things like AC problems and the like, other times you'll be making three or four phone calls to the office to get any action.
Fourth, I think there are apartments as good as those here (the apartment I live in is actually pretty nice) in the area for less money. My 2/2 is 930 bucks a month. That's a bit much for what you get. I'll also echo what I read is someone else's review about living on the Bruce B Downs side...avoid it at all costs. Lots of noise coming from the road.
All that being said, the apartment is nice, my neighbors have largely been OK, the grounds are well maintained, and the staff is friendly if not always very helpful.
All in all...if I had to do it over again, I would look much harder at other places before renting here. Carrington Park isn't a bad place to live, but I'm sure there's better out there and for lower rents. I would only recommend it as a last resort if the better places didn't have vacancies.
