I purchased at Lake Azzure and the whole process went very smoothly. Condo conversions happen quite frequently all over the U.S. and usually the previous renters are very upset and don't have nice things to say. I am extremely happy with how my unit turned out. The interior looks beautiful and the construction crew did a great job and corrected the few problems I did have. Everything in the interior is brand new and looks great. They are doing a great job of keeping the ground/pool beautiful. It there were problems before with noise,crime,it was not due to the neighborhood, it was due to thy type of people that were living there. I think this problem has been resolved. Also, the sales have been tremendous. All of the one bedroom units in Phase One and Two are sold out and only a few 2,3 bedroom units remain in these Phases. I has an inspection done by a qualified inspector and he felt the buildings were built strongly and the units themselves were in overall good condition. I would recommend buying here. They are doing a great job!

I am not management I am an actual owner and you need to move on with your life. You obviously have a huge chip on your shoulder. Get a life.
