Right before they changed the name to Lake Azzure, they were also called:

Lincoln Cove
Barcelona
which all of these former names are listed under this website so read before you rent or buy from this place.The place looks nice on the outside but beware. We had ants, high electric bills from the old A/C unit that they failed to replace,the place was noisy and there was a lot of criminal activity.It's close to shopping, Raymond James Stadium and close to Carollwood. They say that it's in Carollwood but they are lying. The area is okay but it's not that great. It's the Stadium area but there were too many down sides for us to want to stay and actually move to Carollwood where it is nicer, safer and the people are of well better quality. There are more homeowners/educated people in that area vs. the fact that there are more renters with either a high school diploma or less in the Stadium area.Statistics don't lie and you can easily find that information out on Mapquest. Now that they changed them into condos, not only are they having a hard time selling(Which is obvious because they are paying young kids to sit/stand in the hot blazing sun with a huge sign in their hands to get people to drive in and buy one) but have even offered move in specials to try to get people to move in(Rent). Whether you rent, the problem to live here for you is only until your lease is up. But to own, you truly lose because you will end up with a badly remodeled unit that you will feel guilty paying on. It's sad enough that you are throwing your money away on rent but also throw it away on ownership to a place that was in bad shape in the first place' It seems like here you can't win either way.

I purchased at Lake Azzure and the whole process went very smoothly. Condo coversions happen quite frequently all over the U.S. and usually the previous renters are very upset and don't have nice things to say. I am extremely happy with how my unit turned out. The interior looks beautiful and the construction crew did a great job and corrected the few problems I did have. Everything in the interior is brand new and looks great. They are doing a great job of keeping the grounds/pool beautiful. If there were problems with noise,crime before, it was not due to the neighborhood,it was due to the type of people that were renting there. I think this problem has been resolved. Also, the sales have been tremendous. All of the one bedroom units in Phase One and two have sold and there are only a few two bedrooms left in those phases. I would recommend buying here.
