We closed on a 2 bedroom a few months ago and the interior of our condo looks excellent. We had the kitchen upgraded with all new cabinets,appliances,flooring,etc. Everything in our unit is new. The construction team was great and fixed the small things right away to our satisfaction. The grounds are very pretty with a lake,two pools, a clubhouse with fitness center and common areas to enjoy. The units are selling well and they should be moving on to the next phase very soon. I believe it is a very smart move to purchase at Lake Azzure. You get great upgrades for the money and a beautiful place to live in Carrollwood. I wouldn't be concerned with former renters opinions as it is under new management and will eventually all be condo.
