Overall it has been a good experience. The staff is helpful. there are some delays with some clean up with common areas - but overall good. Nice location, good people. Those complaining shoud move!

Change your mind yet? Conditions are worsening... the sink hole/drain after you make the turn after the gate... the crime... etc.
