you would have thought that they would have put out somthing for our saftey being someone was killed here in cold blood here but nope mybe next time its me or you??!!

Thanks for the info. We need to all be aware of our surroundings and call the police for any activity we think is suspicious. We also need to put more pressure on the rental/management office about the kids using the hot tub, running in the pool area,younger teens doing god knows what at all hours,etc.... the list goes on. When the renters move,my condo dues will end up paying for damages done by these disrespectful people. I'm fed up! We need 24 hour security at this site. Also, this is the number to call (owner of the property) because obviously management is not responding to these issues. Arco construction at 1-248-353-7981

lovemycondo... put your condo fees in a special account and mail the deposit receipts to ARCO. Also, call the number you posted and speak to Tammy. Make sure she notes that you are deferring HOA payments. Also go to myflorida.com/dbpr/divisions.html and download the file to report the problems to the state.
