First of all, I can tell people at the management have been reading what honest people are writing down for reviews. They are trying to fool readers by writing good reviews.



Do not be fooled. This place is that bad. The front is kept nice and beautiful and the back looks like a war zone, and the people in there act like they are in a war zone.

Sometimes I think they selectively pick and choose who they want to put in the back apartments. People from the next apartment complex jump over the fence and make this their little shortcut, leaving us with god knows what behind. 2 weeks after we moved into our car was broken into, we told them and they said "call the cops". Then they admitted to us, duhh, that this happens here all the time.

The units are pretty to look at but the construction is extremely shoddy. The maintenace of the units is substandard. ie, painted tile, yes people, they actually painted over the bathroom wall tile which now bubbles up and we just wait for it to fall on the tub HA, ha. Too funny.

Phone jacks dont work, cable jacks dont work, cabinet doors that fall off.

The salesperson told us that the apt. came with corian counters (like I dont know what they are) they are cheapy formica with the silicone coming apart more each day.
br>Upon coming home from a Dr.s appt. a man followed me into the complex. All I could think was about my baby and her safety. If security was good I would not be afraid. The first couple of months the gates did not work. Everything and everybody kept coming in. Not too safe conditions to live in especially since there are thugs living next door that constantly jump over the fence into the complex. Live at your own risk.
br>All we say is dont believe the hype. Double check everything they say and have a look at the grounds, from ALL sides. Check the complex next to us on the waters avenue side.
They saw me coming, this place is too much money for what they offer.
br>I won't be renewing my lease. Not bad for a starter apt. I never encountered things like this in West coast. Strangely I feel homesick.
