The parking is bad! Unless you not move your car, you'll have that spot. Be gone for even 1 minute, and your spot will be gone. They really should've had assigned parking there. It's not well lit up at night so if you're ready for a car break in, be prepared.There's constant noise from loud bassing cars, something is always broken in my apt. and it takes maintenance lightyears to fix it, I 've had roaches and ants in my apartment. The people who they are moving in now out of depseration because they have so many empty apratments running specials like 2 months free rent... someone told me three months free rent, act like they've never lived somewhere before. Some of them look like thugs loitering on the steps and letting their kids run rampant on the property commiting crimes such as vandalism. The gates are always broke, people who don't or used to live here come and go to use the facilities such as the pool,gym,etc. You would think that the place I'm living in the way
I'm describing it took section 8 or something but it's not but it sure feels like it. I paid too much money to live in an unsafe environment.It looks nice in the front and the back of the complex looks nasty and like a drug hole.It's wild back there too...people doing whatever they want to do whenever they want to do it. I have friends who still live in that nightmare apartment complex and they hate it because they're apartment is right by the pool and it's constant noise day and night, the parking space is crappy no matter what especially when visitors come to the pool and take up the parking spaces. The people who owns this property should be ashamed of themselves. They have nicer properties than this one, and they can't even make it like the others! I got ripped off big time! I should've stayed where I was!This place is too ghetto for me!I really hope that Lincoln Properties reads this!
