I've lived here not even 5 months and I hate this place already! I can't believe that these so called luxury apartments are nothing but a total flop! I wish that the owners lived here just so they could get a taste of their own medicine. While they're laughing all the way to the bank every month with my rent money, I'm getting ripped off!The office staff is garbage and so is the maintenance. The apartments look good on the outside but are crappy on the inside. I don't know how many times I've been to that office...it's ridiculous! There are roaches and patches and half ass work that you'll have to complain about when you move in! None of the leasing agents or managers live on the property so they don't care..neither do the owners of it either! I'm going to break my lease and report them to the BBB and to the the City of Tampa. The parking is bad and the neighbors well, let's just say aren't the kind of people you'd feel safe around.Some of them look like they're from the hood. It's not well lit up at night and security here is garbage too. I've been fortunate not to have my care broken into unlike my neighbor who lives above me. The construction is bad and you can hear music, T.v's going and conversations sometimes because the walls are paper thin. If you live downstairs, you can hear people walking around,it's worse when that person has kids because when they play, they make a lot of noise! I really want to leave this place! Please don't live in this dump! Check out the property for yourself. It'll be easy to get in since the gates don't work right and ask some residents you see walking aound how they like it here. Don't believe anything that the leasing manager or leasing agent has to say because they don't live on the property and all they're worried about is how much commission they're going to get if they are lucky enough to pawn you off as a sucker by selling you a bad apartment.
