It wouldn't be such a bother but the fact that it takes lightyears for maintenance to respond due to the fact that they're always shorthanded. There's only 1 maintenance man and all the others are groundskeepers. The maintenanace man named Rick does do a good job and he's very nice. He works very hard and I see him working on a regular basis. I just wish that they would hire extra help for him though. The parking is also bad but just recently gotten worse since some young kids moved in. All they do is throw parties just about almost evey other day and they are always being loud on their patio smoking,drinking alcohol(some of them look under age),they also do loud arguing and cursing late at night. There was one time I saw them out there going on 2 o'clock in the morning acting dumb and carrying on outside. You can hear them and their conversations from your bedroom window. I believe that they also have drugs going on there too because some of them seem spaced out,1 smelt like marijuana as I passed them since they like to hang out on their patio alot. I guess some of their guests are so drunk from drinking that they end up spending the night. I think that it makes them look very bad and I don't mean bad as in good either. They should really consider a solution about the parking because the young kids guests take up a huge amount of parking spaces on several occaisions whenever they visit/party.They're guests alone take up 7-10 spaces and that's excluding the guys who live there which is 2 more spaces. Hopefully, they'll slip up paying their rent and move out.I know that you're probably thinking well, why don't you complain to the office but what you don't understand is that even if you do complain, young people like that are only going to rebel and cause trouble for everyone. I learned my lesson from complaining even though it was my right as a tenant and even after I submitted proof of my accusations. That's why I moved from that place and moved here. Although they do have security, they should have more than one guard on duty especially since we live next to some crappy pink apatments next door and a lot of the crappy residents from over there trespass in here and try to start/find trouble and use our pool only to trash it in the end and the fact that it is dark here at night which is not safe either especially coming from your car to your apartment since I'm never able to park right up to my apartment due to the lack of parking. Some of the residents that are moving in seem of low class stature as well. It seems like they're letting anyone with a pulse move in here now. I guess that's what happens when you run specials for people who can't afford to pay higher rent. That's how you attract trash/scum who are familiar with crime and drugs which would explain the young trash I mentioned earlier. Another disturbing factor is that the fact mail is getting tossed into other residences mail boxes are a huge issue. Your mail will easily get lost into someone elses box since just about every apartment number is the same. Since the mail men are so lazy and impatient, they'll stash your mail in another residents box just so they can leave. There has been many times that I have received someone elses mail in my mailbox and had 2 expectant letters that never reached me. I'm afraid to order something such as a credit card in fear of it not reaching my mailbox so I have a P.O. box as well. If things change for the better, I'll stay but if these problems are still going on right before I put in my 60 day notice, I will leave at the end of my lease...simple as that! So far, they haven't exceeded my expectations..just lowered them. Nothing but trash moving in here now since they lowered the rent. Well, atleast they're finally filling the place up. Maybe when the place gets so bad that people start leaving because of "Bad Neighbors" amongst the other problems,they'll raise the rent again to eliminate the problem. But they'll need to do more than that to win my vote.
