New Management, Same Dump

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
 
This place is now called Bella Vista Apts. and it is still a dump. Since moving in, we have been burglarized, 2 different neighbors have been evicted and our new upstairs neighbors never sleep. The walls are extremely thin and the noise from above is unbearable. The new management is more friendly than the old, but that will change when they realize what they are in for.
