Glad to see that the name has been changed on the website. People need to know that this place is awful. Some efforts were made by the new management to clean this place up, but they would need to evict at least half of the residents to make it nice. We are moving soon. Don't make the same mistake. A year is a long time.

I don't think this comment is fair. I lived there and the residents are all extremely friendly (however, not white-skined). Myu biggest complaint is that the Lincoln Cove (former management) really sucked, but the new management is doing much better in terms of maintainence.
