My Fianc?? & Myself are PISSED (to say the least) with Bella Vista, We have lived here since April 2005, and its been Hell ever since. We are in the back of the Apt complex by the divider wall between our community & the ------ one behind it. There is a crack in our flooring foundation, EVERY time it rains our floors get soaked, causing the door frames & base boards to rot and I??m sure there is mold there as well. Our bathtub was painted with FLAT paint?? so its chipped. In our closet there are blue/green mold spots. The day we moved in our kitchen sink backed up all over the kitchen floor & the hall floor, my father had to come fix it?? since it was over the weekend it wasn??t an ??emergency??. They ??LOST?? the spare keys to our apartment 2 times. I recently purchased a new car & not more than a month later I went out to my car to find an enormous dent in the rear panel, and of course ??no one saw anything??. So I had to pay $500 out of pocket to have my car repaired. The gate has worked for 1 month TOPS since we have been here (when I called Mary to ----- about the gate her reply was ??every time the gate is repaired someone hits it and it breaks??) so they put the ??cow pokers?? on the gate hasn??t worked in the 4 months they have been on the gate (still no excuse for this). In the last 2 or 3 months they put up a nice white fence in the far back of the complex to block the other apt in the back. And the little shits that live in that complex take the panels off the fence to access our complex. Friday I came home to 3 panels on my patio! As my Fianc?? was taking the trash out he caught one of the kids in the act. He found our joke of a security person who took NO action, and the panels continue to hit the building so I called TPD to make a report.. Saturday afternoon as I??m leaving I notice little marble type things all over the ground, turns out they are paint balls?? that were shot at our door, wall, windows?? as well as the persons apt. above ours. I have the pleasure of working with high-tech photography equipment?? so I took detailed pictures of the ??crime scene?? to present to them on Monday morning. When we moved in we were required to pay $998 deposit (this doesn??t include the 1st months rent) it was supposedly because we had never rented from an apartment complex before. We had friends that moved in 2 months after we did they paid NOTHING when they moved in not even the standard $200 security deposit, they had the same problems?? the office moved them into one of the 3 bedroom ??townhouses??, when them moved out earlier this year?? 2 weeks later they had a check for $200 (I am assuming for a ??security deposit?? which they NEVER paid?? goes to show you how ??wonderful?? their accounting / recordkeeping skills are! I am requiring them to either (A) refund our deposit IN FULL and allow us out of our lease or (B) allow us to transfer apt. into the front of the building at their cost. If the choose not to comply with either option I will be taking legal action if I do not have a remedy before 5pm on 12/11. Maybe we can help each other out?? I??m sure there are many others here with the same problems we are encountering.

People would be INSANE to buy a condo from this place?? YOU COULDN??T PAY ME TO STAY!

yes, i agree with the ------ apatments next door it is a problem they break through the fence come on our property and smoke pot,crack and just enjoy OUR amenities ,pool,lake, dog walk area but they dont pick up after their pets. Had to call Sheriff's office for a punk from other apartment kicking and beating his dog he kicked him through the hole in the fence onto our side it is just unbelievable but since the police officer upstairs of myself moved in they dont come through the fence as much I heard him yell @ them one day when he found them on his porch and now i think he set up a camera in his window facing the fence holes and ever since the traffic has reduced tremendously they did however bust another hole in the fence down by the lake. I also noticed a few of the teens or young adults coming through with spray bottles so i watched them they went to the far end of the fence and were spraying something so after they left i went to look and they are GROWING POT PLANTS ON OUR PROPERTY what the h--- is wrong with these people!!!!!
