You know, like everyone here, I once lived at Lincoln Cove Apart. Unlike most of you, I only signed a 7 month lease and I got out as soon as I could.
I have been through many if not all of your problems and I totally agreed that there is huge problem with the management. I moved down here from another state and when I arrived, I was told that the apartment was not ready for me and I would have to wait a week. I said no kidding and just pay me hotel stay at Holiday Inn. Then they backed out and gave me another (bigger and better) apartment. I called 3 times a day for a week to the maintenance to get them to come out to fix my sink.
Here is another problem, some of people live in the complex have very low live life-style. that is what you get for paying low rent.

As much as I feel your pain,it sounds like where I live at FLAMIGNO WEST APARTMENTS...please stay away or it will be DE JA VU all over again for you.

wow... this is so sad b/c i just went to the property today looking to RENT a condo and i fell in love with the place. it was beautiful... now after reading this i'm scared to move there!!
