would recommend From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   Bella Vista is one of the places I have enjoyed the most in my many years as an apartment renter. I ve been here a couple of years now and have always been treated right by the manager, Mary. She has gone out of her way to make my stay here hassle free. As long as I was straight with her, she worked with me. Since the spring of last year there have been so many improvements to the property that I don t know where to start. The clubhouse has been re done and it is gorgeous! The pool furniture is all new and the landscaping is breathtaking. When my young nephew comes to visit me he really enjoys the pool and clubhouse. There is a new boat here and the staff took him out for a ride and he had a blast. He also loves to fish on the cozy lake off the pier. I ve always felt safe here and I have great down to earth neighbors. Over the years I have been saving so I could buy a home. Now that I have the opportunity to purchase a condo here at Lake Azzure I am going to jump at it.
