I know its summer time...because my AC is running constantly and yet it is 90 degrees in my apartment. With compressor units that are old and need new baring s to the air handler that barely blows. When I go in the cupboard in the kitchen and get a bowl of the top shelf it is actually warm due to the poor insulation in the ceiling/roof. If your on the second floor you will be baking this summer for sure. And I m sorry maintenance adding more Freon to my compressor will not solve this problem for good. Here s to more $250 electric bills. Otherwise I love the place.

I actually live on the property also & i agree with what yours saying it is NOT safe on this property even in your home...awhile back my front door was kicked in

I just moved from that dump. You are putting your personal property at MAJOR risk here! Management is nice, yet VERY passive on top issues that make this place attractive to renters- SAFETY! I would advise no one to move here until they get their act together.

Is this place really that bad? I was thinking about living here but now i'm having second thoughts based on all this info. I visited today and it seemed very nice, grounds were very neat. Didn't see that many people so I don't know about that. I did see people on the outside but they looked like they worked at the business across the street. Does all this crime really happen and nothing is being done about it????

No, this place is not that bad. It is actually very nice and safe. The negative responses on here are usually from people that have been evicted or are being evicted. And NO, I am not management, I own. Take a look at other apartment building ratings which all seem to say the same thing. Usually the responses are from people that have been asked to leave for one reason or another and are angry.
